Application Deadline: July 4, 2026

About the Role

The Executive Director will be a builder of the organization itself: its structures, team, culture, and operating habits. This is not a caretaker role. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to take stock of what exists, identify what's missing, and lead A New Policy's next stage of growth across all three entities (501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC). A New Policy is a nonpartisan organization working to reshape U.S. Middle East policy around human rights, accountability, and long-term American interests. Founded in 2023 by Josh Paul and Tariq Habash — two Americans who resigned from the federal government over U.S. policy toward Gaza — ANP has built real legislative credibility in under two years and is now in a genuine growth phase.

Requirements

Experience building or scaling an organization, team, initiative, or operating system. Fundraising experience required. Experience ensuring alignment across distinct but related organizational structures (C3, C4, PAC). Demonstrated ability to build and maintain culture in fast-moving, distributed, or under-resourced teams. Credibility in U.S. foreign policy, human rights, and domestic politics spaces. Experience working with a Board of Directors.
